- Actively recruit soloists and additional choir members.

Excellent organizational and planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire amateur and professional musical staff and volunteers. - Do minor repairs necessary to keep building in good working order.
- Change electric light bulbs to ensure proper lighting in all rooms, hallways and exterior.
- Check and make sure all switches are in good working order making necessary changes to bring everything up to code.
- Check and maintain heating system and maintain A/C units.
- If a leak occurs in the heating system, make sure all zones are shut down.
- Keep parking lot and courtyard areas clear of litter, and clear and treat walkways and stoops for snow, and ice when needed.
- Communicate directly with the Pastor and Trustees. Must be able to recognize immediate problems and correct same or contact appropriate company to have the work done in coordination with the Trustees.
- Help with minor repairs at the parsonage (9450 Selby Place).
- If the last person in the building, check that all lights, A/C or heat are turned down or off and the building is secured.
- Check and maintain maintenance and condition of scuppers and flat-roof areas regularly.
- Clean kitchen grease traps and maintain a record of completion at least every 3 months.
